This is a mixed 4 person team league with no minimum male or female requirement. The league will run for 10 weeks. Each night teams will bowl 3 games, using a handicap format. Shoes and balls will be available at no extra charge. Winners will receive medals and everyone gets a free banquet the last week of the league. As a player you will also have access to the restaurant and bar at the bowling alley. There will be drink and food specials each night.
The cost is $13 dollars per person per week and this is paid directly to Flamingo each week. Remember this is BEER Bowling so come and have fun and get your bowl on.

The Dodgeball League will run for a total of 8 weeks 7 regular season weeks and 1 week of post season.

6 players per team on the court. 1 must be female. Rosters can hold unlimited players. Subs can be used.
Each game consists of 7; 5 minute matches. The best of 4 wins the set and everyone plays two sets a night and all 7 matches no matter what.
Ref's - Each game has two officials and they are paid $20 per team total before the start of the game.
All teams must be in Matching Shirts. (same color with number on the front and back)

All Games are played Friday nights at Syracuse Indoor Sports Center on Hopkins Rd.
Cost: $775.00 per team plus team official fees each week. ($50/game)
Roster size: 20 players, 7 starters. 1 QB, 3 linemen and 3 receivers (Running Back, TE or WR's) All Rosters must be completed online the Thursday prior to week one.
Teams are allowed 2 Injured reserve spots. If a player gets injured you can place him on IR and add a player to your roster for no additional charge. This change must be made manually by the league commissioner. He can be emailed andrew@cusesports.com
Jerseys with numbers are mandatory and colors are first come first serve.
Game length: Two (2), 22 minute running-clock halves, with approximately a 5 min half time.

All players need a valid email address, phone number and full name and must be on the online team roster by week one in order to play. NO EXCEPTIONS
COVID-19 Sports Centre Rules:
-No Spectators. Only ONE coach per team.
-When not playing in a game everyone must wear a mask.
-Teams must wait outside until prior teams have left the building.
-All players will have to go through COVID screening before they enter the building. This will be performed by the CNYFSC Staff.

The following guidelines have been put together in order for us to safely get back to playing for all indoor activities. Our guidelines will be consistently reviewed and revised in accordance with Onondaga County and New York State Anyone attending a program or event at the CNY Family Sports Centre should answer the following questions before playing or spectating at the The CNY Family Sports Centre. IF THE ANSWER IS YES TO ANY OF THE QUESTIONS, INDIVIDUALS MUST STAY HOME
1. Knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
2. Tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days; and/or has experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days Activity Participants (players, coaches, and spectators)
3. For indoor activities, individuals should ensure a distance of six feet is maintained at all times unless safety or the activity (playing/practicing) do not allow. If a shorter distance is required, individuals should wear acceptable face coverings, unless players are unable to tolerate a face covering for the physical activity. Players, coaches, trainers, and other individuals who are not directly engaged in physical activity are required to wear a face covering when not able to maintain a distance of 6 feet.
PRECAUTIONS THAT THE CNY FAMILY SPORTS CENTRE IS TAKING - Masks must be worn entering the facility, or walking throughout the building. - Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the facility

There will be no hand shaking/contact before or after the game or practice. - Gatherings near the fields, before or after games will not be permitted - Players must maintain social distancing when in bench area. Lines have been painted on the bench floors for players to maintain a proper distance. - Teams rosters must be maxed out at 13 players. - Come ready to play, no changing in bathrooms or on the field or lobby. - All participants must wait in their car until the prior game or training has finished. There will be no waiting in the facility before or after games or practices.

SOME GAME RULES....
ALL games in all leagues will be 8 innings!
You can have up to 15 players in your kicking lineup. (10 in the field)
All teams must wear matching shirts. (They can all be simply the same color shirt or shirts with custom printing)
Players cannot sub for a team in the same division. Players also cannot sub down a Division. The Division of your regular team that night determines what level player you are.
Outfielders cannot move into the infield until the ball has been kicked.
There are other rule changes/Clarifications so be sure to read the game rules.
(C) Recreation Divisions: New and newer teams and a crap load of fun!
(B) Intermediate Divisions. Played some adult kickball, probably won some championships and a crap load of fun!
(A) Advanced Divisions: Know the field like the back of your hand, won championships, Competitive, Love to have fun & win.
Remember the idea behind kickball - past and present - good sportsmanship, have fun first and win second. I mean Win or lose, what's better than being outside and having fun with friends? And, the upside (Not like you really needed any more) of kickball for grown-ups is the chance to go to a local sponsor bar after the game, socialize and hang out.

- Matching team shirts are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. (They can all be simply the same color shirt or shirts with custom printing) If you would like to purchase shirts check out our team store through. www.shopcusesports.com or click on the Team Store link on our website.
- Players can’t sub for teams in their same division, players cannot sub down a Division but can sub up. The Division of your regular team that night determines what level player you are for said night.

Second Ever Cup in Hand Kickball Tournament Details:
-Don't miss out on one of the MOST FUN kickball tournaments of the year!
-Saturday May 1st 10:30am First games, Check in at 10am.
-$30 per person, includes T shirt & Cup
- Double Elimination or Round Robin followed by single elimination depending on Tourney team count.
-Registration Deadline is Sunday April 25th, all player Fee's, shirt sizes and rosters must be filled out by this date. PLEASE, No exceptions.
All regular League Play kickball rules apply with these few additions:
Cup in Hand:
-Modified Bunt Line
All active players (all defensive fielders and offensive kickers/runners) MUST have liquid (ANY liquid allowed including water) in their cups ABOVE the designated line (2nd groove in a standard Solo cup) Clear cups will be provided by SSA BUT not beverages.
If a fielder makes a catch/gets the offensive player out in any way BUT loses too much liquid from their cup (under the designated line) – that offensive player is SAFE
If a fielder makes a play for an out/outs is found (by the ref) to have less than the designated amount of liquid, the player who got out goes back to the closest base they were on prior to getting out
A fielder CANNOT place their cup in their mouth/armpit/etc. or set/drop their cup to make a play (if this happens, the play is dead and the offensive player is safe/given the next base)
If a fielder makes a play WITHOUT A CUP IN THEIR HAND the runners advance to the next base or the base they were running towards
If a runner’s liquid level falls below the line, that runner is OUT
Teams MUST have a designated refill person ready to refill teammates cups – keeps pace of the game

There are 2 officials provided by SSA and they are paid $30.00 before the start of the game each week.
Starting rosters consist of 5 players (1 center who is eligible) with a max roster of 12 players. These 12 players are the ONLY players that are allowed to play during the season. You are allowed one IR roster move during the season only in the event that a player is injured and can not play any longer. This move must be made through the league commissioner.
Games will have 2 running, 20 minute halves. More details are available on the flag football home page as well as a complete set of Rules.
Team shirts with numbers on the back are mandatory. Please declare your shirt color upon registration. Colors are first come first serve.

There are 3 officials and a Statistician provided by SSA and they are paid $55.00 before the start of the game each week.
Starting rosters consist of 8 players (3 down linemen) with a max roster of 18 players. These 18 players are the ONLY players that are allowed to play during the season. You are allowed TWO IR roster moves during the season only in the event that a player is injured and can not play any longer. This move must be made through the league commissioner.
