Flags belts are provided by SSA, However teams are allowed and encouraged to purchase your own Flag -a-Tag football belts.

Team Fee is $550 and a $50 non refundable deposit is required upon registration and will be deducted from your team fee when the balance is due.

There are 3 officials and a Statistician provided by SSA and they are paid $55.00 before the start of the game each week.

Starting rosters consist of 8 players (3 down linemen) with a max roster of 18 players. These 18 players are the ONLY players that are allowed to play during the season. You are allowed TWO IR roster moves during the season only in the event that a player is injured and can not play any longer. This move must be made through the league commissioner.

Games will have 2 running, 22 minute halves. More details are available on the flag football home page as well as a complete set of Rules.

Team shirts with numbers on the back are mandatory. Please declare your shirt color upon registration. Colors are first come first serve.

COED Kids Kickball League!

**We are now requiring a 3 girl minimum for all teams. Meaning 3 girls must play in the field and also be in the top 10 of the line up at all times.

Need to get the kids out of the house?

The fall league will run a total of 6 games plus every team makes the playoffs. Every team will play at least one 7 inning /55 minute game on every Tuesday. Trained SSA Officials will be officiating the games.

Payment of $55.00 is due upon registration. Fee includes kids team T-Shirt, Officials fee, and prizes for the winners.

Approx. one week prior to the league there will be a coaches meeting and participants will be emailed their team information. If participants would like to request to be on a team with a friend please state your request in the comments section when signing up.

If you would like to volunteer to be a coach, (we need them) please email us info@cusesports.com for details.

Registration Notes:
When registering a child, please register in the parent/Guardians name and email (each registration will require a unique email address)

This is a men's 5 on 5 league played on Sunday afternoons/evenings at Tipp Hill Community Center (old Hamilton St Boys & Girls Club). Rosters have a 5 person minimum and a 10 player max. Only the players on your online roster are allowed to play/sub.

Referee fees are 50.00 per team per game and are paid directly to the scorekeeper before the start of the game. Games will consist of two - 20 minute half's and the clock will stop on whistles under 2 minutes in each half.

Standings and scores will be recorded and updated online each week. Shirts with numbers are mandatory but NOT included with your registration. Each team is responsible for declaring your team color when you register.

Dodgeball League's run for a total of 8 weeks 7 regular season weeks and 1 week of post season.

All teams make the playoff's

5 players per team on the court. 2 must be female. Rosters can hold up to 12 players. Subs can be used.

Each game (set) consists of best of 7; 5 minute matches. The best of 4 wins the set. This is now a double header league so everyone plays two sets a night. While the first to 4 wins the set all games are played with in the set for potential tie breaker purposes.

Ref's - Each game has 2 officials and they are paid $20 per team total before the start of the game.

All Games are played Friday nights at Syracuse Indoor Sports Center on Hopkins Rd.

Cost: $800.00 per team plus team official fees each week. ($55/game)

Roster size: 20 player roster, 8 starters. 1 QB, 3 linemen and 4 receivers (Running Back, TE or WR's) All Rosters must be completed online by noon Thursday prior to week one.
Teams are allowed 2 Injured reserve spots. If a player gets injured you can place him on IR and add a player to your roster for no additional charge. This change must be made manually by the league commissioner. He can be emailed Theresa@cusesports.com Players placed on IR may not return for the season.

Jerseys with numbers are mandatory and colors are first come first serve and must be ready by week one.

Game length: Two (2), 22 minute running-clock halves, with approximately a 3 min half time.
