SAKA Kickball has teamed up with HOA Fun Committee to bring you The Kickin' It For Cancer Tournament. There will be 50/50's, Raffles and Prizes. Champions will receive medals!
ALL proceeds go to HOA Committee. The Fun Committee’s mission is to represent the employees of Hematology-Oncology Associates in their stewardship to the CNY community; and to exemplify our LOVE for our patients through charitable giving to cancer patients and cancer related foundations. As well as to support the needs of those employees who serve our patients and practice during their time of extraordinary challenge or significant loss.
Your registration includes one of three meal combinations!
No payment is due until the day of the tournament!
